'Crust & Craft Pizzeria originated from a simple vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family launched our pizza parlor in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journey through Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. When she came back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, keeping to age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our little pizzeria began with just 12 seats and has since become a cherished local eatery. Despite our growth, our dedication to excellence and genuineness has not altered. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and use the best ingredients available.
Today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now with the second generation at the helm directing our enthusiastic crew. While we've taken on new advancements, at the core we're still about crafting delectable, authentic pizzas that assemble the community.
