Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase with Crust & Craft Pizzeria. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy for our pizzeria, hosted at mildridgepark.site, provides the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. We will arrange a return, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or exchange the item.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellations can be made directly through your account on our website, or by contacting customer service.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to start the process.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, flowers, or newspapers. However, we do offer refund or exchange for any products that are unsatisfactory due to our error, such as receiving an incomplete item or if what you received does not match what you've ordered.
